Inspiring Couple Launches Campaign to Advocate for Early Fertility Checks

The Importance of Getting Checked

After trying for nearly two years to have a baby, a couple finally decides to go for a health check last year. Jeffrey Lim and Joanna Lim found out that Joanne unfortunately has endometriosis, a condition that makes it very difficult to conceive. The 34-year-old pair now nudge young couples to get checked early and launched a campaign by the voluntary welfare organization called I Love Children to advocate pro-family causes. Joanna was shocked to learn that she had endometriosis for two years and had no idea. Had she been checked earlier, she could've started treatment to improve her chances of conceiving. Now, Jeffrey and Joanna aim to educate other couples through their campaign so they don't run into the same problem.
